i was loading wizard101 today and it said ThePhantomZoneWorld does anyone know what it is

It's the zone where you play mini-games, both regular and pet.

You'll notice when you play a mini-game, your Wizard does not appear in the world. While you're playing a mini-game, you're in the Phantom Zone :)

Once you're done playing the mini-game, you're returned to the realm, area and location you were in when you started the mini-game.
