Im really stuck on the quest 'Lose The Key'! I fought my way up the three floors of the tower and the crate is no longer there. So after the battle the gate on the other side of the room opens up and instead of my going DOWN the ramp, i go UP and it kicks me right out of the tower! Thankfully i maganged to go back in before the whole thing reset but the crate is no longer there.
