im level 48 but no quest

i just reached level 48 but my teacher lydia greyrose has not sent for me. i know at level 48 you get ice giant spell but why cant i get the quest. i went to her and she dosen't have a quest.

Did you complete all of your previous Ice quests?

Freeze
Ice Trap
Ice Prism
Ice Armor
Steal Ward
Frostbite
Ice Guardian
Ice Blade

Not sure if Legion Shield is now a prerequiste or not.

Also, go check Kelvin (the tree outside her school) just to make sure you didn't accidentally accept the quest from her already.
