I have reacently leveled up to Lv.58 by completing Su Su Sudrilund, and was getting the Lv. 58 storm quest when I realized I could get the storm egg quest from Halston Balestrom.
So what I'm wondering is if any one has had this problem of getting a quest before the requirements are complete
the only requirement of actually getting the quest is to be lvl 58. this is the same thing as of if someone gets a spell quest in an area they havent gained access to yet.
