Criticals 100%?

Ok, so I'm a legendary wizard and my critical rating is 120%. Shouldn't I critical every time I cast a damage spell or a heal, because i have over a 100% chance for having a critical. So confused plz help!!!!

The rating is a number, not a percentage. A 120 Critical rating gives you ROUGHLY a 24-30% chance of hitting a Critical.

From the data I collected, apparently to get 100% critical chance, you need to have a critical rating of about 500.
