The Weak (or Slow Link) in the Team

I like playing non-ranked pvp for 4 vs 4. The only annoying thing (very annoying) is the one person that wont confirm and holds up the match for the other 7 people. Any ideas how to stop this from happening? Any way to kick them?

This is not a bug. It either belongs in PvP or The Dorms.
