restricted items in the crown shop

Why are some items restricted in the Crowns shop when I have enough crowns to buy the iten

What is it you are trying to purchase?

If you are trying to purchase an Energy Elixir when your Energy is full, that item will appear locked.

If you are trying to purchase Henchmen outside of a duel, those items will appear locked. (Henchmen can only be purchased during a duel)

Also, if you don't have at least 7 free slots in your backpack, you cannot buy the Dragon's or Wyvern's packs no matter how many Crowns you have.
