"Uh Oh! There was a problem claiming your reward. Please try again." This message pops up whenever i try to claim my free wyvern's hoard pack. I have tried logging off and back on, restarting the computer, and even waiting overnight! KI please help me solve this problem!
If your backpack is full, you will not be able to get the items out of the Gift Window. Please make sure you have room in your backpack for at least seven items.
