How to switch my wings on my gardians outfit?

I have seen players with there wings from the gardians outfit on another robe! Any help would be GREAT!!! Thanks

There is a Pvp Arena ticket robe that has the wings on it, But there isn't anyway to switch it.. Hope this helped a little.
