The Crowns from the pre-paid card are currently on your account.
Please log in to the game and let us know if your balance is not updating in the game itself. You can always check your current Crowns balance by pressing C when you're not in a duel. This will show you your Character Panel that shows information about your stats, and gold and Crowns amounts.
Hi, this will help.If you redem a card while you were online, you can stop this bug by loging off and back on wizard 101. After you log back on you shoud have your crowns. Hope this helps! Alexandra Rosepettel
