I have a friend whose account has become un-accessable. They were linked into a family account and had parental controls set but all other accounts in that family were banned. He lost his subscription, and can no longer access the purchasing feature to buy a membership. He really wants to continue his gaming experience but can't unless the parental controls are removed :/ Any way to fix this?
