well lately i've been doing the Chancel.All i got to say is I NEED HELP.because most of my friends are to busy with new world so i need some help anyone up for its.

You might have better luck getting help if you go to the fansite at Wizard101central.com.

They have many posts where people are offering to help, and the response is "real time", no delay. Good luck.

and besides i don't need this any more since right after this my friend who hasn't came on for some time came on and helped me with it

Sorry don't know about that, but I'm a level 56 and hadn't even got a quest for Celestia yet. Any ideas?
