Bloom Effect going On and Off?

Certain places in Celestia, DragonSpyre, and Wysteria I see my screen Bloom effect going On and Off...

I also have the same problem at my Sultan's Palace, is kinda annoying...

Anyone else experiencing these blinking on the screen on which the Bloom effect goes on and off?

Yes, I've had the same problem. I see it most often when my gardens get to elder harvest.

I had the same problem, turns out it is a Graphics Card issue so i sent in a ticket to support@wizard101.com and included
*DxDiag
*Information about the problem
And they were able to send me what Graphics Card provider I have and i got them udated.
