my quest to see sylvia is going weird

so i log on and was about to do the quest to go to sylvia drake in her tomb
and lots of weird things happened

one my quest is called
Wizard101QuestGoals_00000175

and when i put the quest arrow on for that quest it doesnt work no matter where i am even if i am near her dungeon

and last even if i find her dungeon i cant go in

come on i have the quest to go to her but my quest is going wacky

pls help greyrose this is a important quest for me
