And what are the problems with these things? Badges are earned. Master of Nature you will receive when you have all your spells, up to level 48 (not including the optional level 35 spell)
Grandmaster comes before that
Not familiar with this outfit, but most level 60 items are dropped in Wintertusk

lvl 60 Esprit gear is dropped in Waterworks, but may take you several trips through this dungeon to get all of your items. Took my life girl 2 trips to get all, while almost a dozen trips my myth only got her hat. They both ended up crafting much better gear for critical stats on primary and secondary school spells, recipes for crafting better gear is in CL I believe, or possibly Wintertusk, there are good recipes there.
And after you pass mindy in colossus blvd just up the steps to the left are some downhill steps to a small passage and a house with a lady who has some spells.
Master of Nature is earned by learning all Life spells through level 48. Grandmaster of Nature... Don't know about that one Boots of Espirit is only dropped by Slyvester Glowstorm in The Waterworks Cape of Espirit is also only dropped by Slyvester Hood of Espirit is dropped by Slyvester and Luska Charmbeak who is also in the Waterworks
