I can't fight the Dean for the Portal Stone, its bugged. I can't find a real person to talk to who can help me. I am still in the game and don't want to have to do this over. Help me plz some one anyone.

I just did this quest three days ago. It worked just fine then. Where are you stuck? You don't get to fight the Dean until you have recovered all of his battle items.
