Not at all, I was level....43ish around then....If you are worried about your health, even though you boosted it with gear, then I say finish up a few sidequests. Other than that, I think you're good to go. Watch out for gauntlets! Mindy Pearlthief

Well it all depends, are you getting by? There are certain levels for some worlds to be available or doable but as long as you are following your quests and are allowed to go there on your own no level is to high or low.
I found I could be slightly higher level for worlds with doing all quests and side quests through DragonSpyre.
