Ok i play and when I'm on it seems to come to me and me only. I will talk to friends and then ill lose text chat if i am whisper chating with my friends my chat goes off until i go to my friend's list and click on them id this a bug or a "feature," as you might call programmers of the world?

It does happen and has happened to me. Usually after I have been chatting with someone for several minutes. I don't know why but don't really see it as a major problem.
