My parents are buying me a Epic Bundle for the website & we forgot are Parental Password, we click send to em@il to reset it. It has been over 24 hours. No reply! I tried a few more times. I'm a bit annoyed, come on Ambrose tell me why!
Some email providers will hold or completely block your incoming emails. Make sure you have @wizard101.com added to your 'safe senders' list.
Try retrieving the password again using the 'Forgot?' option on the Wizard101 website (it appears before you log in) and if you don't receive it again, contact our support team by sending an email to support@wizard101.com and explain that the emails are not being sent to you. They will help you out!
