Not sure if this is done on purpose or an oversight. There is no recipe for level 66 cloth where there it is for balance and death combo.
Koyate Ghostmane in Zafaria sells the following recipes:
Robes for Icewind Doctor (Death and Ice combo) Eye of the Storm Gear (Ice and Storm combo) Burning Cold Garb (Ice and Fire combo) Longdreamer's Smoking Skin (Fire and Myth combo) etc etc
Those are just list of examples. I cannot find any for Death and Balance combo.
