How do I get rank ups in PvP?

I have been doing ranked match for quite a while I now have 100 tickets + and I am still a Private in PvP? Is there something special I need to do to get rank ups?

You need to win ranked matches, (By the way is not too easy) to rank up.

Yes I have won some matches, but I have also lost lots. So I probebly do need LOTS of wins. And thank you everyone!

This isnt like some video games where if you loose to someone, you just get less points then your opponent. Here you loose the points to your opponent.
