I am getting tired of seeing "Could not connect to Wizard101. Try again Later.". Can someone please tell me if this is a problem on my end or KI's end?

A DxDiag is a utility designed to display the specifications of your computer hardware, as well as to test DirectX software, including sound and video. If you are asked for this information, it helps the support group relate your gaming issue to your personal computer.
To create a dxdiag.txt just go to Start -> Run (or Search in Vista) and enter dxdiag and click OK. Once the program has run its course, click "Save all Information" and it will output a txt file that you can attach to your email.
I have been getting this too. Usually what I do is back out to the character selection screen and jump back into the game, the download should finish or stop and you should be able to continue playing.
i have this error too, i even did as support said and use the file they gave me the UNWIZ.bat.txt and make it unwiz.bat and then uninstall game but the problem still there even after did that i uninstall game restarted computer and nothing helping
