to low?

is level 43 to low to be fighting orin grimcaster i see level 50 and up people doing quests that i'm doing i don't wanna go into a battle if i'm not good enough

I don't think you're too low as long as you don't solo boss fights TOO much. If need more help i can help i'm a lvl 56 death wiz

Being too low is somewhat relative, if you have progressed in story line to fight him then no you're not; that said if you are finding it too difficult or no luck with deems or battle comrade help then you may want to do some side quest to level a little. Your call.
