Re: permanent mounts stopped working.
You purchased a Black Panther (Permanent) on June 6th and
you deleted it
on June 12. You deleted the item, you cannot get it back.
That is the
only
permanent mount you have purchased.
The one day mounts you received as rewards from duels expired after their one day was up.
A good story to consider is the boy who cried wolf. If you make false claims repeatedly, when something really does happen, no one will believe you.

matyert10 you haven't purchased Crowns nor have you purchased any of the packs. Coming here and making false claims will not be tolerated.
The Hydra Mount in the pack is permanent, but you are not guaranteed to get the item when you purchase a pack, it's all a matter of luck.
