As a balance sorcerer I use mana burn a lot in pvp, but what I see is when I destroy their pips they can still cast the spell after they have no pips. Is there something wrong here?
i noticed that too someone used mana burn and they had 1 pip and yet they sued storm lord. i asked why that happend and my friends told me it was becasue they had already casted it before they lost their pips. i still think it should be fixed.
As in the case with bosses, I understand that if the opponent selects their spell before you select mana burn, their attack will still go through. This is much like converts. If you cast convert before the opponent casts their shield, the shield does not come into play. By this, I mean the shield gets cast but doesn't reduce the damage until the next time you use convert.
