:(when its say talk to yul yahm i talked to him the he said to make the insight rings again i think theres a bug or glitch could somebody fix that

You were required to make the items and bring them back to him. If you do not have the items in your backpack when you speak to him, he will not just take your word for it that you crafted those items, you must return them to him.
