Nameless Knight Dungeon Bug

Is anyone else getting the following bug?

Lady of the Lake and the Sword of Kings are not disappearing after the NPC chat with the Nameless Knight. They stay visible during the duel and after.

It appears this bug recently appeared when the issue of the second chance chest spawning before you defeated the Nameless Knight was fixed.
