I'm working towards my Emerald Campion Badge and I'm stuck. I've completed all the quests that I can find and I've run around around the whole place about three times, but no missing quest. I've done Mossback in the Tree of Life (I believe as there's no ! above his head).
So I'm hoping that there's some other 'missing' quest that I haven't done. I've got all the other badges so I've found the secret bosses already.
that's what happened to me when i was finishing Celestia when i was lvl 59,but then i leveled up and got Zafaria so maybe you should do some side quests or something to level up.
