Dear KI, a question about the pagoda gauntlet

I'm looking at getting the Pagoda Gauntlet Bundle but I want to know how it levels.

Is the gauntlet's level of difficulty fixed, based on your wizard, apon redeming the code?

Or does the gauntlet's level increase as your wizard's level increases?

From my knowledge, it is determined by the level of the lowest level person on the sigel.
