Any Available Timers?

Pet Hatchery Grammar check: "Your friend doesn't have any available timers."

Really? How do you get some timers?

Apparently my previous post wasn't clear enough to generate the perception that I was reporting a game issue.

I was in the Pet Hatchery.
I suspect the action was attempting to hatch with someone.

I got back a message which seems gibberish: "Your friend doesn't have any available timers."

What do I do with this message? What do I recommend to my friend? What is a timer, how does one get one, how does one make them available?

You have to wait 12 hours in between hatching unless you use an elixir. I would assume your friend couldn't hatch because he had already hatched within the last 12 hours.
