IMO; Just to mix things up a little, Have a Rouge boss that does not always follow the rules. Meaning keep one Boss in each world with the enhanced kept turned ON. (thats NOT the Bosses that you have to fight alone)
BUT Ambrose will have to tell everyone about this so Wizards won't think bosses are still broke, plus a game element is involved here too to 'which Boss in each world is the rouge one', so they can prepare...

Yeah, I got the message when I was helping a friend with him yesterday, But even if Merle goes and talks to him again, there's no garantee that he'll listen.
