I hadn't been on Wizard for little while. I miss new spell, how can I get new spell, Fire Teacher ain't say anything

Your fire Wizard is only level 84.
"If you are a minimum of level 88 and have obtained your level 68 spell quest speak to your Professor to receive a quest for your level 88 spell. "
