How to become a fan-site or blog?

Hello Professors,

I have not been able to locate information that outlines how to get a fan page approved by KI and linked on the News and Links page. Could one of you refer me to a set of instructions and requirements?

Wizard101 is not currently accepting submissions for fansites to be included on our official Fansites & Links page. You can get exposure for your website by posting it at http://www.wizard101central.com/links/index.php
