Training New Wizards

I've been wonering if any of you try to train a new wizard and after a while get bored and quit. I've done this countless times. I do it because I find it so boring because I have done the quests before. I'm training a life wizard right now, and I am determined to train this one all the way. Do any of you do the same thing I do?

Yep. I either get bored or find I just can't go any further with them so they get deleted. I don't mind starting new wizards - each one really is a bit different than the others (even if you train several under the same school).

I made a wizard for every school at the outset, and found that training some is more engaging and exciting for me than training others.

It was more fun the first couple times, but after the sixth time collecting cloth from field guards in Haunted Cave, it gets old.

You have to really want a high-level wizard of that type to persist through grueling areas like MB and CL for the second or third time.

As a result, I've trained a couple wizards just up to where they can go to pet pavilion and pick up the garden quests - no further. Their roles are pretty much just to do pet training and gardening.

That said, you may find an area much easier using a different school. Having suffered storm burnout in Tomb of Storms, I switched to life and had no problems at all with these shockers.
