can you help me in celestia I am lost I turned in the quest to Leland Hawkins and he didn't give me the The Sunny Disposition can you help me plz!

Well i need to talk to Karolak Nightspinner in sorcerer's sanctum and it wont make him show up after i defeat him and i have done it over and over again and it just does not make him show up and i have done it 3 times and i dont want to do it anymore. And i am death.
