No. It says "complete ALL of the quests in The Pyramid of The Sun", not just the Main Quests.

And on the map you can see that The Pyramid of The Sun includes The Altar of Kings, Royal Hall, The Chamber of Fire, and The Palace of Fire.

Looks like you need to go back and finish the Side Quests.

"This quest is leading to acquiring ... the badge." That doesn't say "you have earned the badge".

Do you have "any" quests remaining in your quest log file for The Pyramid of The Sun (The Altar of Kings, Royal Hall, The Chamber of Fire, The Palace of Fire)? Did you check both the Main and Side quests on the quest tree?

I think it still sounds like you are missing a quest (or quests).
