Can I put my Winterbane Gauntlet on a different wizard? I accidentaily reedemed it on the wrong wizard. Please help!

The Winterbane Gauntlet can't be placed in the shared bank anymore. Try contacting the Customer Support Center; they might help you!

Winterbane Hall (the gauntlet) cannot be traded. Details are here:

The Winterbane Gauntlet Gift Card has several items. They appear in your "gift icon box" when you log on. Any item can be redeemed by any of your wizards, but if the item is "No Trade" (like the Winterbane Hall), then you can't move it between wizards. Sorry.
