Can't get mana burn

I am now level75 got avalon acces and the Fiona thing doesn't the exclamation mark for the mana burn quest spell.

What do I do.
I have the availing hands.

All school spell quests have requests required. Please look at the link below and see if you missed the requirement:

Required:
Prequest: The Runedown (level 55 spell quest) A Brave and Noble Thing Note: Level 72 is needed to start this quest.

That is the required prequest. Check the prequests for that one and go back through them to see what you are missing.

I got the mana burn
I think if you will get the squire badge you are ready to talk to him.

That means you haven't done all the required quests yet. That's why I gave the link.
