I love wizard101 and a m a loyal player but recently my game is constantly freezing up. It won't let me change backpack items, switch realms, and other players just freeze. Also I cannot walk through any doors or anything. It is annoying because it is very repetitive and I have tried using multiple devices and it still freezes. I have checked and my computer has no viruses or anything and yet I have the same frustrating thing. I cannot play because of this and I really need advice or for the problem to be fixed.
