Ok, now I'm really upset. Because I am banned for some reason from the KI games website, I decided that instead of buying back my training points I would use my crowns on packs instead. But, when I bought the terrors hoard pack, the crowns disappeared, and the items from the pack did not appear! It has worked for me before, but when I don't receive my pack from the KI free games site, I am now banned from that site, AND I do not receive the one I legitimately bought in game, I am getting very upset. KI, is this the way you treat your customer? I've bought my years membership, and these things start happening. There's no point in playing if I get ripped off at every turn.
