The Whirlwind Mounts drop in the new One Shot Duels, as well. I've received a bunch of 7 Day, as well as one permanent Life and four or five permanent Death Mounts from Rattlebones.

Actually I believe that in the pagoda of harmony you can get the kirin mount from the skeleton key hidden boss. And you can get the black and the orange ziger mounts from the two one shot gauntlets that aren't boss based.

I've gotten half a dozen permanent Fire from Krokopatra's Exalted.

There are several dozen mounts that drop. Check this Wiki page for details on what bosses drop them, and where they are. Please note some of these mounts are available seasonally.

Here's a list of all dropped mounts. Look through them to find a perm one. I know there is a bunch of them dropped by bosses. Lord Nightshade is notorious for dropping holiday mounts during the holiday.

I believe her name is lady blackhope in unicorn way drops perm mounts her dropping them is another story lol but amongst her permasnent drops is the jaguar mount
