Hiya peeps, I currently bought my brother a membership on his new wizard101 account and he has a separate computer than i have, He was able to get on and off as much as he pleased the first few days he started playing but then he seemed to couldn't ever get back on. as far as he could get on his computer was the wizard selection screen but all it would do is load and it haven't moved from that point since then. I just wanted to know what could we do to help him, he is able to get on perfectly fine on my computer but all in all i don't let other people on it.
