To be able to access open chat, the following conditions must all be met:
1) Your account must be set up with an age of 18 years old or older (no exceptions). 2) You must have made a purchase with a valid Credit Card on our website. 3) Filtered Text chat must be turned on WITH Open chat on as well.
If any of these conditions are not met, you will not be able to access the Open chat.
