i am on my storm wizard trying to do the 5 boxes in mooshu and the sigil isnt on. i did the wc and the mb one already I am on autumn storm please fix it so i can do the mooshu 5 box event
My guess is that your character is not the appropriate level. You must be level 40 to access the one in Mooshu. (See Five B.O.X.E.S. Event) (you may have to scroll down some)
If this is not the issue, you can maybe try and contact support.
