The Rarest Ultra Plant?

Is there a different rarity for each Ultra Plant in the Master and Exalted dungeons?

I need the Ultra Tiger Lily for my life whirlwind, and I've done a done of Master Rattlebones duels, and I haven't
acquired one yet.

You can get them from gardening the specific regular plants. It's best to plant as many as you can for the best results at elder to get the ultra.
