Say that you are on a dungeon, and you start to see the "Broken Connection link" icon when you think your starting to get kicked off the game, but instead it comes back. This always happened to be every few seconds I try to play. Now here's the very unlucky part of what I experienced, I actually lose connection while in the dungeon! Now here's the very worst part, When I lose connection and regain it, during when I finish a boss, it says I never even defeated it even when clearly I did. Now I have to re-do the whole dungeon just to get to the end of the boss. It happened during the Keep of Ganelon. :(

A DxDiag is a utility designed to display the specifications of your computer hardware, as well as to test DirectX software, including sound and video. If you are asked for this information, it helps the support group relate your gaming issue to your personal computer.
To create a dxdiag.txt just go to Start -> Run (or Search in Vista) and enter dxdiag and click OK. Once the program has run its course, click "Save all Information" and it will output a txt file that you can attach to your email.
