I have crafted 3 mannequins (yeah took a lot of gold), but I wanted to know something: I'm a male so I can only put my clothes on "male" mannequins, but can I craft a female mannequin and put my clothes on it? If I do would my clothes on the female mannequin be female clothes or male?

Yes, you can put your male clothes on the female mannequin, but I don't know if any of the clothing stays in the male fashion. Every male clothing item I have put on a female mannequin has always been the female appearance.

I crafted a bunch of the mannequins and found them very useful for storing clothing items OUTSIDE of my bank or shared bank. Yes, you can put the male clothing on the female mannequin, but the female version of that gear will be displayed. The interesting part of creating both male and female mannequins is that if you put them side by side, slightly facing them towards each other, it gives the illusion they are talking to each other. I created a restaurant like setting in one of my houses, included all 7 allowable mannequins, and it looks like there is a party going on!!! My daughter calls them my "fake" friends.
