Anyway, I'm thinking about taking advantage of this sale and going on a Knight's Lore Pack buying spree and try to get some of the three spells for my level 38. Do you think this is a wise decision, to have a slight chance at getting the spells?
Let me know what you think or describe your experiences with packs or if I should spend my crowns on some of the other 50% off items.

There is no guarantee you will ever get a spell... all drops from these packs are random; there is no such thing as a drop rate for these.
The Knight's Lore pack only contains three possible permanent spells. The Keeper's Lore Pack contains the others:

I think you should do it but be wise it is a good chance to get the spell I did 3,000 and i got one spell it was Catalon spell it was

I think your crowns are best spent on something else, with a better chance to drop. Packs are only a CHANCE, each time. There is no guarantee you'll get the spell you want. You're better off waiting and crafting it, even if the spell would be much more useful at your current level
I am very guilty of spending way too many crowns on Knight's Lore packs. I got the storm spell on a couple of my wizards doing that, except my storm wizard of course. I ended up crafting my Fomori ice spell instead and regretting so much of my purchases of the packs. Level 38 is too low to start trying in my opinion, try to level up to above 40 or 45 at the very least so that if you win gear from the packs it is better higher level gear than the level 30 stuff you would get now. Go ahead and try, because you could get lucky, but try not to go too overboard with it as you may regret it like I did.
