Did I miss something

I am asking for a little help here. Anyways two of my friends that are levels 76 and 77 are both able to get into The Wyrd. The bridge opens up to them. I am a level 78 and I am not even able to get there. How is that possible? Did I miss something. I am so confused.

And another thing is that they both have quests in there..but I don't. Help :(

All I could suggest is try to stay with the main quest line...

But I am saying that they already have it at their levels..I havent gotten it yet. And I am playing through the storyline
