I've been playing this game for about 7 years and its been an on and off game for me since I didn't have any crowns to progress with, usually leaving me to farm bosses, Winterbane Hall or Pagoda. But when I returned a week ago, I noticed you could EARN CROWNS. And it was like the answer to my old childhood prayers. I've always wanted the option to actually EARN crowns. So I did buy some crowns for Christmas, and I was wondering, since some kids might not be satisfied with getting 100 crowns a day after doing 10 quizzes for 8 days just to unlock a Wizard City area, are there any other alternatives we could as KingsIsle about? It would be a nice way to bring people back to the game if they could earn their own crowns. Do you guys have any other ideas how to earn crowns that would be a beneficial, educational, and fun way for everyone to learn and get rewards? Quizzes are pretty smart but there is Google and it get repetitive hehe. Maybe we can trade in gold for crowns? Or get crowns in chests where you have to answer questions to open it? Or when you win a certain amount of PvP matches? Idk, what do you guys think?
Well, now KingsIsle has provided us advertisements to watch in return for receiving Crowns. If you don't know how to access this, it is under "Advanced Gameplay Options," and you will see something that says "Earn Crowns," which you must turn on. Now, recently, I have heard of (and experienced) some issues of accessing these advertisements, but it IS an alternative.
Of course, I'd be up for just about anything if they gave away more Crowns, but I do think they have been rather generous recently, so I wouldn't ask for too much so soon.
